Cardio and Endurance Sessions
Cardio and Endurance sessions are designed to help increase and maintain strength of your heart & lungs while burning calories. These sessions will also help you preform at you maximum ability for a greater length of time.
Power and Strength Sessions
Power and Strength sessions are formulated to increase muscle size, lean body mass & enhance joint stabilization. Proper nutrition is essential to see the greatest results. The nutritional portion will be discussed during the Fitness Assessment.
Fitness Boot Camps include a variety of exercises focusing on: STABILIZATION, STRENGTH, POWER, AGILITY AND SPEED. They are created to improve muscular endurance & coordination. Additionally, they are designed to enhance joint stabilization, increase lean body mass & muscle size.
Personal Training sessions are customize for individual desired results such as weight loss, increasing strength, sport specific and/or position specific training.
